Coordinate return to accommodated work duties with pre-injury employer, provide post-employment follow-up and supportive employment services to include job accommodation and the purchase of ergonomically designed tools and equipment to facilitate adjustment to and maintenance of employment. Performs record reviews and client interview to determine the long term medical needs and associated costs related to medical malpractice, third party liability, auto no-fault, long-term disability, worker’s compensation, and other general liability claims. Developed, implemented, and supervised program in maintaining compliance with the ADA and applicable worker’s compensation statutes for a nationally based manufacturing organization.
